I need to order the white plastic part that connects the power to the pump. It is for a hayward dual speed

2 HP pump. I can’t order it because I don’t know what it’s called. Can you help?

Can I change a 2Hp 230 volt dual speed Hayward super two for a 3HP unit?

David - You would have to at least have 2" plumbing and a filter that could handle the increase in flow. Check the designed flow rate of the filter. It should be on the filter label.

I have the 2" pipes, what should I look for in the flow rate?

You would probably want a filter that can handle more than 125 gpm. What is the reasoning behind going up in HP? Do you need additional flow for water features or an attached spa?
