I have a WisperFlo WWF4 pump connected to waterfall with a Century B2841V1 motor. I would like to reduce the flow rate of the water delivered to the water feature to reduce splash and noise. What are my options? I have a 2" - 1/4 turn ball valve on the suction side and a 2" Jandy check valve on the outlet side.
My waterfall feature has an approximate 3 gallon bowl at the top of the water feature that has a small leak around the grouted boulders that forms the water feature. The leak (although small) keeps the adjacent block wall constantly damp and difficut to keep stucco on the wall. What is the best way to repair (stop the water leak)?
Hello DDavee,
You will need to install a Ball Valve on the line going to the waterfall in order to reduce the flow rate.
As for the leak, you will need to identify where and how big the leak is. If the leak is in the bowl and you can get access to it, you can use a compound like A+B Epoxy to repair the leak. If the leak is very small, like 1/8" in diameter or smaller, then you can use a product like Fix a Leak to repair the hole.
