I asked in the past but have since misplaced the suggestion, however, i was wondering what would be a sufficient pump for my 10000 gallon pool
Hello Jackie - We’d be glad to help you out. The most energy efficient pool pump option available is a variable speed. For a 10,000 gallon pool, we recommend the 1.65 HP Pureline Prime Pump. The model number is PL2605.
The 1.65 HP pump would be sufficient for the vast majority of pools your size. There are only a couple reasons why you would need a higher HP. This may include a connected spa with several jets, a pool with water features that require additional flow or a very high total dynamic head.
