Two things:
1: Need help idenifying the pool mgf. Purchased and installed in 2004, in Texas
. Mfg was Canadian. That’s all I really know. Pics attached
2: The top rail in one area, (two rails, about 8 ft total lenght) appear to be rising up causing the rail to separate from the side wall and liner. Need help identifying the issue and recommendation to repair.
thanks

We are very sorry to see that, and this is pretty unusual and could cause a safety issue. There could be a few things causing this so please inspect the pool carefully. Look at the following:
Is it an oval pool? The steel straps that run underneath it might have rusted out and is causing the wall to bulge. See this blog of ours to view how the steel strips are installed underneath a pool.
Is the wall damaged or compromised anywhere and is the steel joiner bar (the vertical bar that holds the ends of the steel walls together) in good shape?
Lastly, inspect the bottom channels (stabilizers) that the pool wall sets into. Are they still seated well or are the stabilizers rusted or damaged and letting the wall come out?
Let us know what you find, and stay safe!
