Hello,
I have a Hayward swimpure plus salt system with an above ground pool. I have no electrical running to the pool. Can this be wired by cutting the end off of an extension cord and hard wiring it into the salt systsem control box at 120 volts and the other end plugged into an outlet? Also, I’ve only seen the salt cell plumped into pvc piping, can the cell be plumbed into flex tubing and rest on the ground like the picture below?
