SwimPure Plus output % display does not match the manual Adjustment Knob number

I have a SwimPure Plus and my output % display does not match the manual Adjustment Knob number. For example, to get the output to 65, the dial has to be turned up to 90. Has anyone found a fix for this?  Thanks

I’m checking with our Hayward rep to see if there is a simple fix for your issue. I’ll let you know as soon as we hear back.

According to Hayward, the likely problem is the display board. This can be fixed by replacing that item. The part number for the board is GLX-PCB-DSP. Click Here to View the Hayward SwimPure Plus Display Board

I assume the Adjustment Knob setting is probably still giving me my actual chlorine level?  It also seems like all my other Display Board readings are correct.  I appreciate you looking into this for me.  Thanks.

The display of the output percentage is likely what is being produced. If the display says the output is 65% but the dial says 90%, the output % would be the more accurate assumption.
