Sir or Madam,
Need your help finding a replacement for my spa jets. We recently bought the house and have managed to replace virtually all of the hardware with your help: variable speed motor, heater, spa blower, pool jet covers, etc. There is a built-in above-ground spa at the head of the pool and the jets are remarkably old/falling apart. We’ve tried several local pool parts houses, but they don’t seem to have the wherewithal to discover a suitable replacement for the originals. I’m hoping you do.
The original part is roughly 3 1/8" long and 1 5/8" in diameter. It is circumnavigated by a ring that is 2 1/8" diameter and 1/4" wide. The ring rests on the head at approximately 1 1/2" depth.

The jet orrifice is 4" deep and the retaining ring for the jet sits at 2 3/8" from the back of the opening. The diameter of the opening is 2 1/4"

If you guys can’t find the part, can you recommend someone?
Have a great day,
John Sellars
Hi John,
Thanks for all the great photo’s those really help! Can you find any part #'s embossed into the jet internal or the jet housing? Also is the spa a fiberglass spa or a gunite/concrete spa?
Thank You
Patrick

It’s a concrete and plaster spa. I think the jets are Hydro Air Mark II 10-5860. I’ve ordered a set of the parts 5 through 9. Hoping it’s the right fit…
Hi JohnSellars,
When I saw your jet photo’s come across I instantly started looking at the Hydro Air jets as it does look like a Hydro Air jet. Once you receive your order please let us know how things workout and if you do indeed have the Hydro Air Mark II jet.
Thank You
Patrick
Patrick,
I just got a couple of emails today stating the “adjusting [nozzle] on your order has been discontinued by the manufacturer and there is no replacement available.” That was part number 9375-08 and is a very important piece in my opinion. Is there something I could use to replace the entire assembly which would fit in the current opening?
Hi JohnSellars,
I have been told that there is a replacement for the 9375-08 and I will substitute the replacement on your order. Below are photos of the replacement.
Received the AF Mark II Eyeball Assembly (50-5835) today. It was a perfect match for the spa when paired with the Seating Ring (9375-04) and the Retaining Ring (9375-09).
As I will be replacing all the parts, would the Caged Eyeball Assembly (9375-15) replace all three of the other parts in the same fitting?
Thanks for the help.
Hi John,
That’s great news! I’m not 100% sure if the caged eyeball would have all 3 of those parts, I believe that it may be a little different. You may want to order 1 of the caged eyeball assemblies to test if it works, or just stay with the parts that have already confirmed to work.
Thank You
Patrick
