Someone please help! My aunt gave us a pool she purchased in 2008 from lighthouse. The skimmer was broke when it was given to us, so I don’t have part numbers or dimensions. I do have the top lid which reads “hydrotools”, but after countless hours scouring the Internet, I have had no luck finding a skimmer to fit. I called lighthouse today and they do have record of the purchase, but it isn’t showing which skimmer was purchased. I do know the pool is a 8500 Series Echo Canyon II Ultra 54. The cut out in the wall measures 14 x 7 1/4. There are 10 screw holes total. Top and bottom holes are spaced 4 1/4 and side screw holes are spaced 2 inches apart. I attached more pictures below. Any help is greatly appreciated.
It looks like you have a Model 8939 Complete Widemouth Thru-Wall Skimmer. We do not carry it but a quick search on Google will show you who does.
Be very sure that it matches your existing cutout and fastener holes before purchasing it. It is difficult to redrill new holes or to successfully patch up the old opening.
Thanks for your reply! The cutout dimensions look right but that model appears to have 18 screw holes, our pool wall only has 10. Do you have any other suggestions?
Send us (or attach to this chat) a detailed dimensional drawing of the skimmer opening and the holes and we will see what we can find.
