I am trying to replace a skimmer on an older pool. The one I bought it’s a Hayward and the opening is too small and will not work. I have no idea what brand my original is. The only name I see on the lid says Atlantic and I see S360 also on the skimmer I see US Patent NO 5285538. The opening on the pool wall is 13 7/8.x 7 1/4. The measurement for the faceplate is 15 5/8 x 9 1/8. The original skimmer wide mouth measures 16 1/8 x 9 5/8.
Oh man, I have the exact same skimmer and exact same problem. I bought a “wide-mouth” replacement, but it’s just a little too small. Did you ever track down the model?
My internal parts say S360, S340, S330
Hi Shawn & Johnny, Would it be possible for you to post the parts diagram and from your installation manual to this post, also the main page of the manual giving the model information?

I have the same issue. I have an Atlantic Skimmer S360. The faceplate cracked and a piece has fallen off. I cannot find a replacement with the same dimensions. Did anyone find a suitable replacement?
Hi Julie, I think you have a Litehouse Rapid Flow skimmer. We do not carry the parts for it, but check out a Litehouse pool and spa store in your area or online.
Hayward wide mouth skimmers (like SP1085 or SP1091WM) have smaller openings and different bolt patterns, so they don’t align with Atlantic’s specs.
I had a similar issue and ended up getting one from a specialty pool parts site. Try to look for a replacement that’s compatible with the S360 model or try finding an exact-fit faceplate adapter. Like Jacuzzi/Hercules S‑330 skimmer basket?
Best,
