Our Hayward Aqua Rite Pro salt water generator was reading high salt/amps. We ordered a new membrane after my husband soldered a wire that looked burned now it’s reading no cell power 2. He also replaced a fuse. Still no luck.
I would start by getting (or using) a good salt test kit to see what your salt levels are. High salt levels can cause these to use higher power and burn components out.
Be sure to check the bridge rectifiers as well. Since a new board is pretty expensive it is worth checking to see if there are any obvious repairs that you can make to get it working again. This isn’t the exact troubleshooting guide for your AquaRite Pro but check Page 11. If there is no power to the board the rectifiers may be bad.
