If you do buisness with this company prepare to bend over and take it with a smile while attempting to return an item. After some research we decided to go with this company when ordering a new top rail. Just one section that was dented. I of course ordered the wrong size and attempted to exchange it, this is where the fun starts. New rail $36 plus shipping. At first In thought we had free shipping bu it seems when you order more than one item only one item qualifies for the free shipping.

As I said before I ordered the wrong part and attempted to make an exchage. Lets do some simple math. New part sent to our home $36 plus shipping $12 .Ship the wrong part to INYO for exchange $57 in shipping costs plus 20% restocking fee. This isn’t counting the new shipping charges for the new part , no telling what they would charge for that.

Bottom line is don’t do buisness with INYO, there are plenty of other highly recomended cmpanies out there that treat customers respect and appreciate your buisnenss.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with your order of the top rail and I apologize for you not getting the credit that you expected. Could you let me know which is the correct part you need and I can see if we have the item in stock and if so we could ship this out to you at no charge, I just need to make sure we have the item in stock. Our return policy states that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and I do show that the return was set up with no 20% restocking fee, but if shipping is going to cost you $56 for a $36 credit then obviously this does not make sense to ship back. As far as the free shipping goes we do have free shipping on our parts and the 2nd item you added on of the chlorinator is not classified as a part so this added shipping to your order, we are looking into offering free shipping on our entire product line but this is not something that is in place yet. I will wait to hear back from you.
