Replacing Burnt-Out Pentair Super Flow Pump Motor

I have a pentair super flow pool pump and the moter is 11/5hp . It its burnt out, 48y frame.

Can I put on a 1hp 48y frame on this pump.

The model # for the current pump is C48AB46A01     I believe this is 1/2" shaft.

The pump # is340039

You currently have an uprated 1.5HP Pentair SuperFlo pump. You could put a 1HP 48Y frame motor on there as long as you replace the impeller and diffuser. The 1HP impeller would be part number 5002-05BA and the diffuser would be part number 5003-10A. The 1HP motor would be part number USQ1102.
