I have a Hayward TriStar pool pump with a siezed motor. I am looking for a replacement motor.

From the label I see:

The model number is: SP3210Z1MR

The motor is an Emerson K63CXFEM-4993

1.5 MRHP,

Service factor 1.1

3450 RPM

Volts 230/115

SF. Amps 7.7/15.4 PH 1 Duty Cont

60 Hz

I am very interested in the V-Green variable speed motor that has the controller with freeze guard built in. Would this be a drop in replacement for my motor? Could you provide links to the motor that I need? Also, a link to the kit that has all the seals that I will need for the motor swap?

Thanks for the detailed information on your motor that helps out quite a bit determining the correct motor for you. The direct repalcement for your pump would this Hayward Tristar SP3210Z1MR Motor

The V-Green 1.65 HP Variable Speed Motor would be a great option as a drop in replacement for your SP3210Z1MR you may also be eligible for a rebate from your power company, so you may want to check with them.

Either route you go we would suggest replacing your Hayward TriStar Shaft Seal
