The motor nameplate for Franklin Electric 1081 motor does not have HP or service factor on teh name plate, just blank in those areas. How do I find a replacement motor? I am sure it is either 1 or 1.5Hp… but cannot find info on teh web. I have a second pump for a fountain with the exact same nameplate info.
The info on the nameplate:
115/230VAC Max amps: 16.0/8.0
SF: blank HP: blank
Mod: 1203006487, 60Hz, KVA=J, FR-56, 3450 rpm 1phase, Encl DP, date code mid-2002
Me again. I looked at the impeller and found a mark: 1.5HP
I will assume the impeller and motor are configured for 1.5HP.
Now to order th new motor!

Thanks for the information! The proper motor for your 1.5 HP Jandy HHP Pump would be this UST1152 1.5 HP Replacement Motor. Yes the impeller should be configured for 1.5 HP and would not need replacing. We also have a Video on How to Replace a Pool Pump Motor which you may find helpful.
