I have a slow leak out of my backwash pipe. I assume that the spider gasket needs to be replaced. Can you tell me which part i need and anythinh else i would need to repair it?
i also have a drip where one pvc pipe connects to the valve. A repairman tried to stop it uding silcone, but that didn’t work. Any other suggestiobs which would avoid having to disconnect the fitting? Would loktite work?

For your valve you will need this Praher SM-10-3 Spider Gasket unfortunately for the leak you would need to replace the fitting as any of the adhesives our only a temporary solution at best. Here is a Video on How to Replace your Spider Gasket which you may find helpful.
