I have a swimpure extreme controller board that is showing the power and generating green lights on, even though the pool pump has stopped and is off. Is this normal? Or do I have a problem with the controller board?

Hi Mark, the issue is most likely the flow switch. They are easy to inspect; just unscrew it from the tee and be sure it is intact. Replacements are easily available - just be sure to note the direction of the flow when you reinstall the new one. Use a little teflon tape to prevent leaks.
