Pool sweep

I purchased a Hayward Blu from you and it is not walking in my pool. We have cleaned the filter and adjusted the cleaner valve. It still does not work. Please advise

We’d be glad to assist you. Did you use the flow indicator that came with the cleaner? The flow indicator would go on the last hose that connects to the cleaner. It would tell you if there is enough suction.
