Pool spa jets have different pressure

My pool spa has eight jets that have a dedicated pump.  One of the jets is much stronger than the others, with one of them actually sucking in water.  The pump maintains a good prime, and there seems to be no air intake.  I recently changed out the motor to the pump, and the impeller and diffuser were in good shape.  I put in a new mechanical seal, and new diffuser gasket and body o-ring.  This issue was present before the motor change.  If i plug most of the jets, flow does resume to the jet that sucks water in.  Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello Rob - One option would be to replace some of the eyeballs in the jets. You’d use a smaller eyeball in the stronger jets in order to force more water to the weaker jets.
