Pool pump shaft seal and case gasket

I have a Hayward pool pump.  The model and part no. are missing.  The patent no. is 299143.

The pump is pre  06.  2" inlet, 2" discharge.  The motor is a AO Smith 2 speed.

Motor, B977, Frame X56J, RPM 3450/1725, 230 volt, Hp 1.5-2.  The motor info should give me the shaft seal.  I still need info on the pump housing.  The case gasket fits into a round groove on the pump case.  It is about 73/8" im diameter.

Will appreciate any info.

Hi Robert,

The B977 Motor does give us the model of your motor but that motor fits on several pumps which all use different shaft seals and gaskets. Could you post a few photo’s of your pump to this thread and we will be able to let you know which items you need very quickly.
