I have a above ground 24’ pool. I’ve been using a pump from an inground pool and I’m constantly repairing the pump. I bought a 19" sand filter and I would like to get a quiet, economical, yet powerful pump. I’ve looked at your pumps online but you offer answers for questions. What kind of pump would you recommend for my pool?

Hello Mnm2011 - We’d be glad to assist you. We would recommend something like Hayward model SP15932S. This is a 1.5HP 2-speed pump. It’s very efficient and quiet, especially when running on low speed. The only time you’ll really need the high speed is when vacuuming or backwashing the filter.
Note - This model comes with a 3-prong plug and runs on 115v.
