I have a Hayward super pump SP-1610-22-MS 1.5 hp 2 speed and the motor went bad. the motor went bad. Do you have a motor to replace it?
Hello Lambert- The correct replacement motor for your pump is the A.O. Smith 1-1/2 HP Round Flange Dual Speed Full Rate Motor (STS1152R). This is the 2-speed motor that is recommended for the Hayward Super Pump. I would also recommend you replace the seals on your pump anytime you change out the motor. You will need the Tune Up Kit Hayward Super Pump - GOKIT3 that includes all of the replacement seals for your pump. Thank you for the question!!
