will the pool pump cover fit the jacuzzi variable speed 1.5 hp pump

Could you post a link to the pool pump cover in question, as I will need some more details on the cover to let you know if it will fit on that pump. Also if you could supply more details on the pump like part # and model name that would be most helpful.
