We bought a house 12/20 with a pool built in 2005. It has a large light in the deep side that is leaking. We want to eliminate this light all together.
Is there a cover you can seal over the hole?
Or how do you eliminate the light?
Thanks

Hi Jamie03,
We are not aware of a cover to gover the light hole. We do carry these Pool Light cord stoppers/plugs that you could use to plug the hole in the niche.
I think it’s a bad idea to eliminate the light fixture with a cover, as this can end badly. Water interacts well with electricity, so the best option is to empty the pool and remove all wires and bulbs. You should not try to do this alone; it is better to get help from experienced professionals. When I need help with electrical work, I always ask for help from https://www.propointelectrical.com.au/serviced-areas/sandringham/ and have never regretted it. These guys do quality work, and most importantly, they give guarantees.
