Hoping someone has ideas about this. We had our pool replastered about 1.5 years ago and the plaster has been fine. Keeping in mind here in texas we get a lot of dust/dirt blown around. I’m seeing brown colored spots on the steps etc. in the pool, not in the bottom of the pool. I’ve gone in and felt them and they feel like little craters which accumulated perhaps dirt or someting else. I’ve tried brushing, scrubbing, even using a tooth brush. Anyone have any helpful ideas to remove the spots (realize the little craters are there to stay probably) will hopefully be able to include a couple of photos that you can zoom in on perhaps. Thanks In Advance!
Try ascorbic acid (vitamin C) powder. Available at natural food stores or Amazon. It’s pricey, but it will dissolve your oxidation in 24 - 48 hours.
Thanks for the suggestion. You don’t think the water in the pool will dissipate it away?
