I have purchased a pureline 1hp and I was told that that was the right size and Hp for my pool. Once I installed the pump following the manual and wiring provided by an agent, I was able to install the pump but the pump won’t prime or have any pressure through the the jets. I called today 07-14-16 and I was told just to return the pump and I will get a refund, but frankly I just need another pump sent to me to fix my problem if the pump is the problem. At this point I have spend time and Money trying to trouble shoot my pipes/clogges/filter and with no result. I still have no pressure with a reading of 5 psi I’m ma gauge which I replaced and still not results. Thank you for taking your the time to hell me fix my problem in advance…
