Installed new T104M intermatic workings. It turns on fine but does not trip to turn off. Do I have something installed wrong?
Hello Billyboy - We’d be glad to assist you. Do you have the tripper that says “off” installed on the yellow dial? If so, could you post a picture showing us how the cables are installed?

my issue is over the timer is defective. Discovered when the off trip gets to the point it shuts off the clock face pops out a little and and it doesn’t turn it off. Amazon is replacing the timer.
