I installed and replumbed my new pump I purchased from you. I can’t get the pump to run. It has power, the shaft spins freely when turned from the back side of the pump, but it just hums then cuts off.
We’d be glad to assist you. Is the pump being used on an above ground pool? Is the pump below the water level of the pool? Is the pump receiving the correct voltage (115V)?
If the answer is yes to all 3 questions, you may have a defective pump. If that is the case, call our customer support at 407-834-2200. They can assist you with the replacement.
