hey everyone, i have ordered and my new pool is on its way. I am just looking for some tips and tricks to make the set up as smooth and easy as possible. I guess i should mention the prior owners of the house had a pool put in so most of the hard work is done, I will have to get some sand to make sure the pad is still flat,

The general rule is to balance the pH and then the chlorine. Everything else can be done after that and the order does not matter. Check out our article titled “How to Balance Your Pool Water”.
my pump is leaking badly so i have to get that sealed up before i can go any farther at this time. The fitting from the pump to the filter is leaking at the body of the pump.
