Need pool Vacuum help

I have the Summer Waves Elite  16’ x 48" above ground pool. I changed the pump to the Hayward VL40T32 sand filter It still has the SFX skimmer with paper filter removed. I need a suction auto vacuum that will work with this pump/filter. I tried the aqua bug and it work for a couple of day and the stopped working. WHen it would move around the pool it wold not suck anything up. I may be wanting something that can’t happen but got to try.

The pump on that system isn’t strong enough to power the automatic suction cleaners. I’d recommend a robotic pool cleaner. A robotic cleaner would plug into an electrical outlet and work independently from the pump system. Something like an Aqua Products Pool Rover would be ideal.
