Hi Inyo,
Which pool motor do you offer which is the equivalent in terms of HP, SF and physical size to exactly replace the U.S. Motor 1081 that I currently have?
I would like it fit into the existing motor housing/basket holder.
That motor has following info on its nameplate:
-
HP = 1.0
-
S.F. = 1.50
-
RPM = 3450
-
CAT NO. EST1102
-
Model C55CXKLZ-5010
-
Voltage 230/115
Thanks for your help.
Ross
Hello Ross - The replacement motor would be model ST1102. This motor is in stock and ready to ship.
If you know the make and model of the pump side, we can recommend the replacement seals.

Hi Rob,
I called Inyo yesterday and Megan picked up. She also asked about the pump. When I told her it is a Hayward SP2605X7 it thru up a red flag for her. She wondered if the motor had been matched correctly to the pump so she told me to provide the impeller part number. I now have that info: it’s SP2605-C .
Please let me know what you think I need for a motor, shaft seal and anything else. Thanks!
Ross
You pump model number and impeller number tell us that you have a 3/4HP Hayward Super Pump. Someone must have put an oversized motor on the pump at some point. The motor for that pump should be part number UST1072. The seal kit for the Super pump is 5110-25. Use GOKIT3SALT if you have salt water.
