Hello, I just replaced the run capacitor that I got from you guys today. The pentair whisperflo motor starts and spins freely but it shuts off in about 5-10 seconds any ideas?
Hello Rigo80 - Check the voltage at the motor. If it is more or less than 10% of the nameplate voltage, the motor can shut down it down.
If it’s not the voltage or the capacitor, it may be bad windings. The motor will need to be replaced if the windings are bad.
