Maytronics DX4 Pool Cleaner

My Maytronics Dolphin DX4 pool cleaner is not coming on.  I am getting power to the end of the cable at the cleaner.  I changed a retrofit connection because the connector was damaged.  However, the cleaner does not come on still.  I tried to find the motor replacement on your site, but nothing listed (you have it as #6 on the parts diagram-no part itemized nor price).

1.  Do you have other troubleshooting ideas that I should try.

  1. Is there a way to verify the mother is bad (the propeller turns freely).

  2. If you think it is the motor, do you carry the motor-how much.

I know that Maytronics does not like customers pulling apart the motor.  So if I am not mistaken you cannot buy just the motor.  It does sound like the motor is your issue though.
