My pool timer switch would not shut the pool off,i had to shut it off at the main breaker box. Then it would not come back on. The manual switch will not make it come back on. What could cause this?
Hi Cathy2,
Could you post a photo of your pool timer switch as this would help us better troubleshoot the problem? To attach an image just click on the “Mountain Icon” in the text editor above. I will keep an eye out for your pictures.
Thank You
Patrick
Thanks Cathy2,
I’m looking into this and will be back in touch.
Thank You
Patrick
Hi Cahty,
I received the following reply back from one our technicians, please see below…
That PB type timer in (black timer in upper left) is just controlling the Blue Haven board. Most likely it’s going to be a board or relay issue. Unfortunately I have never seen an actual schematic of the Blue Haven control scheme. The homeowner will most likely have to contact Blue Havens service Dept.
I would suggest getting in touch with Blue Haven, you can reach them directly through website National Office Directory
Thank You
Patrick
I am still getting power to electrical lines to pump. Would that still be the board or relays?
Hi Cathy,
Either a bad board or a bad relay could be causing your problem. I would suggest having an electrician or Blue Haven service come out and test the internal components of your controller to pin point which part is the culprit.
Thank You
Patrick
