Leak between motor and pump

Water is leaking between the pump and motor

Hot Springs Model B.  S#. C-286.  Yes It is a oldie, but still running on 110V

Replaced the Shaft Seal and still leaks.  Would replacing the impeller or Diffuser help. Or is it time for a new pump/motor.  PE5D-124.  3/4 hp . 
please advise

Replacing the impeller and diffuser would not help the leak. The issue would be the shaft seal, faceplate o-ring, faceplate, or volute. If its not the shaft seal or faceplate o-ring, I would recommend replacing the pump.
