Jacuzzi Cygnett II

I just bought a used jacuzzi cygnett II and I hooked it up but it ran hot. Could I have hooked the wires up wrong or could it still be set to 230 ? I need to to be 115.

The 3 wires from the switch are white, black, and green. There is only an L1 and L2.
