The gears on my timer don’t appear to be working. Its possible that it’s original(1987).
I see the model # T2104R on the panel door. On the mechanism there is E10694.
Any ideas on what should be replaced?
Hello Dbrennan - Does your T2104R look like the control center below? Has the yellow wheel stopped turning?
Can you still turn it on manually from the lever below the wheel?
Yes, the yellow wheel is no longer turning.

It also looks nearly identical to the picture
It sounds like the timer mechanism motor has gone bad. The motor for the T104 mechanism should be WG1573. You can confirm this by looking at the backside of the timer mechanism. The WG number will be on the motor.
