I recently purchased the BN50V1 2 speed motor as a replacement for my original pool pump motor along with the 3 way toggle switch part #18313301 and need some clear directions for installing the wiring. Yes this solved the problem.
Based on an INYOpools recommendation, I bought a BN50V1 to replace a faulty SP1515Z1ESC. I liked the option of dual speed for better energy efficiency. However, the wiring diagram/terminal board pinout differences don’t seem logical when wiring up the power cord and switch. the terminal board layouts are very similar but the wiring diagrams are different. It’s unclear where house power neutral wire should go on the BN50v1 terminal board.
