How to Determine Date of Manufacture for My Sta-Rite Pump

I plan on replacing my EUSQ1152 1.5HP motor on my Sta-Rite Dura Glas Pump with a dual speed SQS1102R.  
During my research I see that Sta-Rite made a change in 1998 requiring a different seal assembly. Before I dissasemble the pump could someone please help me determine the correct Go/tune up kit based on my data plate? I would prefer not to dissamble my pump to determine the correct replacement parts. It is a Sta-Rite P2RA5F-182L Dura Glas Pool PMP 1 1/2 Serial Number 4004267060750A. Container ID Site E 17339350.

Hello Avdelgado - Unfortunately we are unable to determine the date of your pump. However, The seal kit would be part number GOKIT54. This kit is for pumps manufactured since 1998 but it will work on older pumps if you remove the copper cone from the seal plate.
