Just got an old fixer with a negelected pool. I think it’s plaster but also has “speckels” of blue paint, or what might be paint, and other darker discoloration. Not sure if it’s been painted in the past. Just wondering if anyone knew what type of surface this is and if it can be patched and acid washed. Photos attached.

(Unrelated, It’s got a leak and that’s why the water in the photos is at half level. I’ve been doing the bucket test for the past few weeks and finally identified the leak at either the light or the return outlets)
