Hi, I have an Aquacal Heatwave heat pump and the fan motor has failed and I need a replacement. I have contacted Aquacal several times but as yet have not received a response.
I need to know the part number so I can purchase a direct replacement.
My unit is 380- 415 volt Model No 100DHDTBNA

Could you tell us the BTU rating and serial # of your Heat Pump as well the approximate age of the unit? Is the 100DHDTBNA off of the motor or the model number for the entire unit? Could you post a few pictures of the heat pump and motor to this thread?

Serial Number 1075136 -H06 and BTU Rating - I can’t see a rating for this. It’s about 10-12 years old
