Hayward Selecta-Flo Valve for DE Filter

I have a Hayward DE filter. The valve system is a Selecta-Flo. The sticker which show the function of each position is unreadable.

I am able to find a multi-port Selecta-Flo on the internet but my valve has only 4 ports and the only one I can find has many more ports… I’m not sure if mine is a old model. I know that when the valve is in the 12 oclock positon it is the filter positon and when in the 6 oclock position it is in the back flush position.

My question when the valve is in the 3 o’clock and the 9 o’clock what is the function of these positions?

Hello LeftSnow - We’d be glad to assist you. Luckily we have a good picture of the top of the SP704 Selecta-Flo valve. The filter is in the 12 o’clock position, waste is in the 3 o’clock position, backwash is in the 6 o’clock position, and the recirculate is in the 9 o’clock position.
