I have replaced all the seals and I’m still getting a leak at the top between pump and the seal plate. Any suggestions. Please thank you

The most common items which cause leaking are the following items in the following order (items listed below). Can you confirm that you have replaced all of these parts? If so then I would take the pump back apart and inspect that each of these items is seated properly. Other things to check… is the impeller fully tightened down? Double check that the shaft seal was not installed backwards.

Sometimes there can be a hairline crack in the seal plate that would cause this leak, I would thoroughly inspect the seal plate for any leaks. Also could you post a picture.

We have had customers who have leaks that they cannot figure out, just cut the pump out of the plumbing and take to the local retail store to have them inspect and test. I would call around first to make sure that the local store offers this service before removing the pump.
