Anyone else having problems with Hayward ColorLogic 320 failing? Six months after pool was installed one burned out, then another and now all three. About a year into process. There’s a lot to story including contractor who is gone, subs who are owed money and so on so I have been doing investigation myself
I’ve called and emailed Hayward and after a few months got a response and local warranty company came out this week. Two New lights were supposed to be installed Thursday May 2 and got home Friday May 3 at 10:00 pm and found third light not working and no new lights. Anyone have a contact with Hayward? I can install just want new lights.
I’ve given up on reason for failure. All basics were checked when first light burned out voltage good and if there is a surge or brownout then it’s because of Hayward controller
