I have a Hayward C900 pool filter. Lately, I have been dropping water level in pool and I believe this is the culprit. I found a small leak at the pressure gauge and replaced it. I also put on a new O-ring and new grease. Should I still see these wet spots around the ring? If not, are there options for replacing the lid, or do I need a new filter housing?
