Works fine when enters the water;practically stops when lands on pool bottom!
Hello CarlSimons - We’d be glad to assist you. It sounds like the cleaner may not be getting enough suction. Do you still have the gauge that came with the cleaner? If so, you can put that gauge on the last hose to test the suction.
A lot of pool owners will place there hand under the cleaner to feel the suction. Although it feels strong, it may not be enough for the cleaner to work properly.
The gauge would look like the item below.
