Having extreme difficulty reaching anyone on the phone

Spent 10 minutes on the phone waiting for someone in Pre-sales & technical questions dept. to pick up, I simply had to hang up!

Called again to reach sales figuring someone would bite, was on hold for over 4 min., had to hang up again. Hearing the same jingle over & over & over again gets old fast. If INYO is going to keep people on hold for a long period of time, they could at least extend the play time before it loops around to replay. Every 30 sec. or so, Holy Cow!

If you’re slammed with business, that’s great for business!  Hire more people. Your customers are 1 you know, without them, you wouldn’t be in business!

Don’t know if I’ll ever return after this experience!!
