The Go-Kit32 I ordered for my Pentair “WhisperFlo” WFDS-8/011523 contains two “Seal Plate O-Rings”, one denoted “G-413” and the other “G-478 (New)”. They both seem the same, except one may be very slightly thicker? Which is the correct one for my pump? And how do I tell which is which? They both come bundled together in the pack, with no way of identifying which one is which.
Hello Covkid - The G-413 (almond) is used with Whisperflo pumps manufactured before 2/1/08. The G-478 (black) has been used on Whisperflo pumps manufactured since 2/1/08.

Yes, thanks for the reply. However, the problem is that both rings in the GOKIT32 are black. There is no “almond” one.
However, I went out and bought an almond one for $12 from a local Pool store and the pump is now up and running. No funny noises and no leaks … so far. Fingers crossed!
