Hello David - What is the serial number of your cleaner? This will help us determine the correct cord. The serial number is located on the inside of the cleaner.

I had to go to the manufacturer for this - the replacement cable for your Dolphin Encore cleaner would be the 9995884-DIY and they also recommend a 9991271 retrofit kit for the “older” style cable connector (2015 and earlier) when replacing it.
