Dolphin pool cleaner

My Dolphin Advantage plus cleaner spends 75% of its cleaning time in the deep end of the pool and never runs horizontal to the wall in the shallow end. It does run horizontal in the deep end. When I try to finish the cleaning in the shallow end with the remote control it still will not go straight.  It will only moves to the right or left in an arch when I try to make it go straight.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Dolphin cleaner. It sounds like your unit needs to come in for service. If you need service we will need your complete shipping address, the serial number off your Dolphin (a white sticker on the inside casing of the machine, where the filter goes in), and a copy of your bill of sale.
