Connecting a SQ1052 pump motor

I’m trying to replace a SQ1052 motor.  Thanks to your help, I am at the last step of connecting the motor to the mains leads.

In my old motor, terminal labels are reversed when compared to the new motor, i.e. in old motor, terminal L1 is at the bottom; but in the new motor, L1 is at the top.  Do I go with the L1/L2 labels or with the terminal position, i.e. old wire connecting to L1 goes to new L1?

Hello Ying - You can wire it the same way as your old motor. Go by the labeled terminals, L1 & L2.
